What this site collects

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, company, the cloth you are asking about, a quantity and your message. That information is emailed to the mill and stored in this site’s administration area so that an enquiry is never lost to a mail failure.

What we do with it

We use it to answer you and to keep a record of quotations. We do not sell it, and we do not add trade enquiries to a mailing list without being asked to.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for six years, which is the period we are required to hold commercial correspondence. Write to us and we will delete yours sooner where we are free to.
